Our structure

The Western Sydney Health Alliance has oversight by a Steering Committee with representation from each member agency. Below the steering committee sit 3 working groups related to the three outcomes as outlined by the strategic plan.

Key responsibilities of the Steering Committee:

Project Oversight: Provide guidance and recommendations to ensure WSHA projects stay on track.
Strategic Direction: Set and lead WSHA’s long-term vision and goals.
Advocacy: Act on opportunities to influence health policies and issues in line with the WSHA Advocacy Agenda.
Identifying Emerging Needs: Monitor and address new challenges as they arise.
Governance: Ensure strong governance and accountability for effective operations.
Resourcing: Secure funding from partners, grants, and private investments to sustain WSHA’s initiatives.
